Aghanim-Helpshift Integration
This guide explains how to integrate Aghanim with Helpshift to automatically import support articles into your game hub.
Requirements
- A Helpshift account with Admin access.
- An active Helpshift Knowledge Base with published articles.
- The following API credentials:
- Domain (e.g.,
yourdomain.helpshift.com) - API Key (generated via the Settings panel)
- App ID (from your app settings)
- Domain (e.g.,
Step 1: Get Your Helpshift Credentials
- Log in to your Helpshift Dashboard.
- Go to Settings → API → API Keys.
- Copy your API Key from the API settings page.
- Note your Domain (typically
yourdomain.helpshift.com). - Go to Settings → App Settings and copy your App ID.
Step 2: Configure the Integration in Aghanim
- Go to the Aghanim Dashboard → Aghanim Connect → Helpshift.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Domain – your Helpshift domain (e.g.,
yourdomain.helpshift.com) - API Key – the API key copied from your Helpshift settings
- App ID – the App ID from your Helpshift app settings
- Domain – your Helpshift domain (e.g.,
- (Optional) Enable Publish immediately to have articles appear automatically in the hub's news section without manual review.
- Click the Install button to activate the integration.


Once installed, articles from your Helpshift Knowledge Base will be synced and available in the Game Hub Builder to attach to menu items.
